SAMPLE CALENDAR

This is a rough sample of the calendar that the Host Families are given.  A lot of it is in shorthand and abbreviations that only Project folks would know, but you’ll see that it is a VERY busy month.  There are from 1 to 3 activities scheduled for the teens nearly every day.

The nice thing for parents is that we’ve been doing this for over 30 years, so we are EXTREMELY organized! Each teen and their families will be given a bound PROJECT BOOK in early June containing a complete day-to-day schedule of each activity, along with drop-off and pick-up times, what to wear, what to bring (lunches, sunscreen, bathing suits, etc.). This guide is very helpful in keeping such a large group organized and running smoothly.
