Thank you for your interest in Ulster Project Cincinnati. All Christian families with teens are invited to apply. If you are ready to apply for the 2020 Ulster Project Cincinnati, you can access our online application here.
The 2020 Project will be from the end of June 2020 to the end of July 2020; exact dates still to be determined.
APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED to JANUARY 31, 2020!
Note that there are only 12 spots available for host teens each year, so applying early is recommended. Additional information on our screening and selection process and our timeline is available on the Host Family Info page.
Or if you would like more information before you fill out an application form, start with our Contact email. This will give us some basic information about your teen and your family. Once we receive the Contact Form, a member of the Host Family Committee will get in touch with you to provide more information and help you decide if the Ulster Project is a good fit for your family.

(We do occasionally accept applications after the deadline, so if it is past the deadline and you wish to be considered, drop us an Email to see if we might be able to accept a late application.)
After we have received your online application, the Host Family Committee will contact you to schedule a time for the Host Family Interview. Interviews and home visits are scheduled during the month of November. Selections will be made in early December with pre-program meetings starting in January.
